Tom, Please find attached Draft RAIs related to the Peach Bottom Unit 2 and 3 spent fuel pool rack insert license amendment request submitted on 11/03/2011 (ME7538/ME7539) and supplemented on December 22, 2011. The RAIs are being sent to you to ensure that the questions are understandable, the regulatory basis for the questions is clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please inform me by COB on Friday, 03/02/2012, if Exelon desires to have a teleconference regarding the attached draft RAIs. If I dont hear from you by COB on 3/2/2012, then I will issue the RAIs with a response due date of 04/02/2012.
