Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Catawba Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos.: 50-413 and 50-414 Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library Revision Please revise the Catawba Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library (DPL) to reflect the following changes:

1. Revised instrument ranges due to a modification associated with the Catawba Nuclear Station (CNS) Unit 1 Nuclear Instrumentation Source Range and Intermediate Range equipment.
2. Revised the point IDfor three meteorological points on CNS Unit 1 to reflect that these points are scanned directly by the CNS Unit 1 plant computer instead of being data linked from CNS Unit 2.
3. A new point for meteorological stability classification was added to the Data Point Library on both Catawba Units.

The Attachments provide the details of these changes. Fields containing changed data from the existing Data Point Library are highlighted.

This revision is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, Section VI, 3a.
