Per our telephone conversation on September 17, 2010, enclosed you will a find copy of the final supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC), which is located near Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The NRC has reviewed all of the comments submitted by your office and has revised these sections accordingly. We trust that these revisions will satisfy any concerns your office may have regarding the protection of historic and archaeological resources at the DAEC.
