Document Control Desk R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Submittal of Licensing Documents In accordance with Technical Specification 5.5.13, Technical Specification (TS) Bases Control Program, R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Ginna LLC) has prepared its 2008 submittal of changes to the Technical Specification Bases. As permitted by 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed is a CD-ROM which contains the Technical Specification Bases Revision 51 on a total replacement basis. Change bars indicate those revisions which have been incorporated. The information presented reflects changes to the Bases pursuant to commission requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71 (e), Ginna LLC has prepared Revision 21 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). As permitted by 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed on the CD-ROM is the UFSAR. As the UFSAR is being submitted on a total replacement basis, each page contains the revision number.
Change bars indicate those changes which have been incorporated into Revision 21. The information presented in Revision 21 reflects changes to the facility as described in the UFSAR and information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71 (e), Ginna LLC has prepared Revision 5 to the Fire Protection Program.
As permitted by 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed on the CD-ROM is the Fire Protection Program on a total replacement basis.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a, Ginna LLC has prepared Revision 7 to the Fourth Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program. As permitted by 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed on the CD-ROM is the ISI Program on a total replacement basis.
