On March 14, I sent you an e-mail regarding the proposed license transfer for the Big Rock Point facility. In that e-mail, I attached the draft safety evaluation report (SER) to support the license transfer.

This e-mail is to follow up on your review of the document. Have you had time to review the SER ? If so, do you have any comments on the content ?
