This letter is to inform you that effective July 31, 2006, Mr. Martin C. Murphy was temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (D.C. Cook). Mr. Murphy assumes all D.C. Cook licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. L. Raghavan.
