Dear Mr. Camper:
Regarding the financial assurance filing for the above referenced
- site, Bank One has advised that Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit No. 00326327 (LOC) which expires March 31, 2004 has been automatically extended to March 31, 2005 as allowed by the wording of such LOC.
With the extension of this LOC, Cimarron Corporation remains in compliance with the financial assurance requirements.
