This report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 73.71(a)(4)and 10 CFR 73 Appendix G.I(a)(3).
The NRC Region II staff was notified on April 27, 2005 of the delay in submitting this report.
This delay has been entered into TVA's corrective action program.
Due to the nature of the enclosure, it is requested that the information contained be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
