Summary: Power reductions greater than 20% this month. 1) A Control Rod Sequence Exchange was performed at 65% power on 10/22/04. 100% power was achieved on 10125/04. 2) A reduction to 67% power was performed to repair feedwater heater condensate piping supports (identified one-week earlier). 100% power was achieved on 10/31/04.
