Technical Specification Amendment Implementation Period The purpose of this letter is to provide a requested technical specification amendment implementation period for the following License Amendment Requests (LARs) currently submitted by AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) for Oyster Creek and TMI Unit 1.
These LARs were submitted to NRC on the dates noted below and NRC review is ongoing; however, the original submittal did not provide an AmerGen requested implementation period for the amendment once issued by the NRC.
Oyster Creek
- 1. License Amendment Request No. 304 - Relocation of Independent Onsite Safety Review Group Function to the QATR, dated March 23, 20041. Once approved, the amendment shall be implemented within 60 days.
- 2. License Amendment Request No. 317-Main Steam Isolation Valve (MSIV) Local Leak Rate Test (LLRT) Pressure, December 23, 2003. Once approved, the amendment shall be implemented within 30 days.
TMi Unit 1
- 1. License Amendment Request No. 319 - Reactor Building Tendon Sun/eiilance Criteria & Miscellaneous Administrative Changes and Corrections, August 6, 2003.
Once approved, the amendment shall be implemented within 30 days.
