www.puc.state.nh.us NUCLEAR DECOMMISSIONING FINANCING COMMITTEE c/o Public Utilities Commission 8 Old Suncook Road Concord, N.H. 03301-7319 NDFC 2002-2 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The January 24, 2002 Order of Notice of the Nuclear Decommissioning Financing Committee (NDFC) included notice that the time and date of the prehearing conference in NDFC Docket 2002-2 would be noticed within 30 days of the selection of the buyer for the approximate 88.2% of Seabrook Station being auctioned by the Public Utilities Commission. The prehearing conference will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2002, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Utilities Commission, 8 Old Suncook Road, Concord, NH.
