OF OPERATIONS WATERFORD 3 for March, 2002 The unit operated at an average reactor power level of 67.6% for the month. The month began at full power; a Reactor Power coastdown began on March 6, 2002 and was terminated by a plant shutdown on March 22, 2002 to commence Refuel Outage #11.
