Hope Creek Generating Station Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 NRC Docket No. 50-354 Salem and Hope Creek Cyber Security Plan Revision In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) is submitting Revision 1 to the Salem - Hope Creek Cyber Security Plan (CSP),

Revision 1 to the CSP for Salem and Hope Creek (SHC) Generating Stations. Changes to the CSP were implemented on June 1, 2018 at all PSEG stations. PSEG is submitting a description of these changes within two months after the changes were made per the requirements of 1 0 CFR 50.54(p)(2). Attachment 1 contains a description of these changes. Enclosure 1 contains the revised PSEG CSP.

Revision 1 to the Salem - Hope Creek CSP includes the following:

1. Implements the changes consistent with the NRC acceptance of NEI 08-09, Revision 6, Addendum 1 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17086A408).

PSEG has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguard effectiveness of the CSP.

This conclusion is in concurrence with the reviews performed by the NRC staffs' review of NEI 08-09, Revision 6, Addendum 1 that confirmed that the changes proposed in the document do not decrease the effectiveness of the cyber security plan provided in NEI 08-09, and acceptable for use by industry. and Enclosure 1 contain Security-Related Information. Therefore, PSEG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1 ), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 )(i).
