50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendments Or anizational Titles By letter L-90-313, dated August 27, 1990, Florida Power
& Light Company (FPL) submitted a
request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16 for St.
Lucie Units 1
and 2,
respectively.
These amendments would revise Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, by adding more general organizational titles and correcting a typographical error.
Subsequent to FPL's submission of these proposed amendments, the NRC staff requested that FPL define in the body of the Technical Specifications the controlled document in which FPL will define "Senior Corporate Nuclear Officer".
As a result, FPL proposes to revise page 6-1 of both units'echnical Specifications, as attached.
The balance of the proposed license amendments remain
- proposed, as submitted.
FPL has reviewed the "Determination of No Significant. Hazards Consideration" included as Attachment 4 to L-90-313 and has determined that it remains an appropriate determination.
The proposed revisions have been reviewed by the St.
Lucie Plant Facility Review Group.
