St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 40-309 Physi. cal Security Plan Revision 21 Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has issued Revision 21 to the St.
Lucie Physical Security Plan and has dettrmined that the revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the a report describing the plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p),
revision and copies PSLPSP-R21-3 through PSLPSP-R21-6 are enclosed. to this letter is a summary of changes and marked-up Revision 20 pages.
Enclosure 2
contains directions for incorporating Revision 21 into the plan, copies of the Revision 21 replacement pages, and a revised list of effective pages.
The enclosed material contains safeguards information as defined I
by 10 CFR 73.21; its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) (3), the enclosures are exempt from public disclosure.
