IS PROHIDITED SECTION 147. ATOMIC ENERGY ACT OF 1954 Re: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Arid 10 CFR 73.21. VIOLATION SUBJECT Docket No::. 50-335 and 50-389 TO civil AND CRIMINAL SANCTIONS.

Physical Security Plan Enclosed are four (4) copies of Revision 5 to the St. Lucie Plant Security Plan. The copies are numbered MCD-121-1 through MCD-121-4.

Revision 5 is in support of the St. Lucie Unit 2 Operating License review.

This plan incorporates the currently approved St. Luc'e Unit 1 Physical Security Plan, Revision 3, and our commitments of April 24, 1981 (L-81-178) and September 8,1981 (L-81-391).

In order to simplify the review process and to maintain the integrity of this plan, Florida Power & Light Company requests that Revision 4, to the St. Lucie Physical Security Plan, dated August 20, 1981, be withdrawn prior to NRC approval.

It is understood that subsequent to NRC approval, Revision 5 becomes effective upon issuance of operating license for St. Lucie Unit 2.

By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy No. MCD-121-5 to Mr. J. P.

O'Reilly.-Regional Administrator.
