Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Reply to Inspection Report 05000250/2014404 and 05000251/2014404 L-2017-082 May 5, 2017 The referenced Inspection Report (IR) discusses four licensee identified violations of very low safety significance at the Turkey Point Plant. As discussed in the IR, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has exercised enforcement discretion for these licensee identified violations in accordance with the Security Issues Forum (SIF) Charter. Further, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) was requested to notify the NRC of the method and date of closure for the identified issues. The attachment to this letter provides the FPL notification.
The attachment to this letter contains sensitive security-related information; therefore, FPL requests that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter makes no new commitments nor changes to existing commitments.
