By letter dated August 29, 2014, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requested FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company to have designated licensees sign amendments to the indemnity agreements (IA) for certain FirstEnergy Corp. nuclear facilities.
Enclosed are the executed IA amendments for the following FirstEnergy Corp. nuclear facilities:
" Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (IA No. B-73),
" Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 (IA No. B-79), and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 (IA No. B-98).
