Box4 Shippingport, PA 15077 724-682-5234 Fax: 724-643-8069 10 CFR 72.212 Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1), FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) is required to inform the NRC at least 90 days prior to loading the first spent fuel storage cask at the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS). FENOC intends to load the first spent fuel storage cask and begin operations at the BVPS independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) on or about October 6, 2014.
