Dear Ms. Sealing:
This letter is in response to your letter dated December 17, 2012. Enclosure 1 to that letter contains Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) records which are being subject to a Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) request. Entergy has reviewed the records and determined that they do not contain any information which is considered confidential or proprietary. In addition, a response to the questions posed in your December 17, 2012 letter is provided below:
