(9) Regional organizational relationship (10) Current utility experiences with testing programs Closing remarks by J. G. Keppler included the status of current NRC sponsored programs and policies involving the resident inspection program, plant performance appraisals, and NRC enforcement actions.

Recent experiences with allegations and public concerns regarding plant construction and operation were also passed on to the attendees.

interrelationships between the contractors and the company as it involved plant testing and startup.

Both the NRC and Detroit Edison stressed the need for continued close and open relationships during the forthcoming test phase in order to enhance the quality of plant operations.
