| Event Description | The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
On May 6, 2026, at 1018 CDT, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station was notified that a non-licensed supervisor violated the station's fitness for duty policy. The employee's unescorted access has been terminated at all Entergy facilities. This event was determined to be reportable under 10 CFR 26.719(b)(2)(ii). The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified. |
