Additionally a memo from the Site ANI is being enclosed, which describes the extent of repairs made to the subject boiler prior to the inspection. Boiler # 150536
Dear Mr. Parks:
This letter is to accompany Inspection Report for the subject boiler. The boiler was last inspected on 25 February 2002. Boiler was then being prepared for an external inspection under operating conditions when TXU Electric personnel discovered external corrosion in the outer casing of the boiler. Smart Form 2002 - 00725 was generated to address the condition. Repairs have since been made to subject boiler and a Form R-I completed for a routine repair by Fluor Corporation. No welding on the boiler pressure boundary was required. Boiler is in proper condition and has been inspected in accordance with the Texas Boiler law. Sincerely, f4Qs rA4 Joe C.
