- 1) NRC Letter from Mr. D. H. Jaffe to Mr. C. L. Terry dated January 1, 2002.
Gentlemen:
In the letter referenced above, the NRC issued conforming license amendments for CPSES Units 1 and 2 with regard to the transfer of ownership interests and operating authority to TXU Generation Company LP. Enclosure 3 of the referenced letter contained original copies of Amendment No. 12 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 for CPSES Units 1 and 2. The NRC requested a signed original copy of the agreement be returned to the NRC.
The enclosure to this letter submits a signed original copy of Amendment No. 12 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-96 as requested.
