Gentlemen:
TXU Generation Company LP has assumed ownership of CPSES and retains all responsibilities for managing and operating CPSES within the TXU Corporate organization. TXU Generation Company LP adopts all current licensing actions previously submitted to the NRC under the corporate name of TXU Electric referencing the above subject docket numbers.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
