Dear Sir or Madam:
Per Reference 1, Vistra Operations Company LLC ("Vistra OpCo") provided a revised submittal schedule for license renewal application for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP).
Reference 2 requested that licensees provide a written, voluntary submission of licensee's plans regarding license renewal. The purpose of this letter is to formally notify the NRC of the change to the submittal schedule for CPNPP.
The revised license renewal application submittal date for CPNPP is now scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
This communication contains no new commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
