Dear Sir or Madam:
Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power), the owner of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 (herein referred to as CPNPP), transmitted Amendment 105 to the updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) by Reference 1. The Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) (Revision 84) included on the CD-ROM (Enclosure 1 of Reference 1) was missing TRM Bases pages B 13.8-1 and B 13.8-
- 2. The purpose of this letter is to transmit an updated CD-ROM (Enclosure 1 of this letter) which includes the updated TRM Revision 84. All other Licensing Basis Documents (LBDs) included on Enclosure 1 of this letter are identical to those previously transmitted on Enclosure 1 of Reference 1.
The enclosed CD-ROM (Enclosure 1) includes the following Licensing Basis Documents (LBDs) updated through February 4, 2013:
FSAR (Amendment 105)
Technical Specifications Bases (Revision 67) a Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) and TRM Bases (Revision 84) (Errata - Updated to include TRM Bases pages B 13.8-1 and B 13.8-2) 0 Fire Protection Report (FPR) (Revision 29)
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
