Updated Schedule of Submittal of License Renewal Applications for Entergy Plants

Reference:

(1)

Letter from Gary J. Taylor (Entergy) to U.S. NRC, "Proposed Schedule of Submittal of License Renewal Applications for Entergy Plants," dated April 29, 2003 (2)

Letter from Randy Hutchinson (Entergy) to U.S. NRC, "Notice of Intent to Submit License Renewal Application," dated December 2, 2004 Ladies and Gentlemen:

Reference 1 provided the schedule for submitting license renewal applications for Entergy's nuclear power plants. In Reference 2, Entergy changed the date for submitting a license renewal application for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station to December 2005.

Entergy's license renewal application submittal schedule is updated as follows.

1. January 2006 Pilgrim and unnamed plant
2. July 2006
3. January 2007
4. January 2009
5. January 2010 After the January 2006 date, specific plants are not identified because the actual order of submittal for Entergy's license renewal applications is subject to re-evaluation and updating as business conditions evolve. While Entergy does not anticipate changes to future application submittal dates, those dates also may change based on evaluation of evolving business conditions.

This letter contains no commitments.
