Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.59, "Changes, tests, and experiments," paragraph (d)(2), Braidwood Station is providing the required report for Facility Operating License Numbers NPF-72 and NPF-77. This report is being provided for changes implemented during the time period of June 19, 2020 through June 18, 2022 and consists of the 10 CFR 50.59 Goversheets for changes to the facility or procedures as described in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR), and tests or experiments not described in the UFSAR.
