Acceptance for Referencing of Topical Report YAEC-1659, " SIMULATE-3, Validation and Verification".
Dear Sir:
By Reference (b), NRC provided a safety evaluation and acceptance of the originalissue of the subject report.
Reference (b) requested that, in accordance with procedures established in NUREG 0390, VYNPC publish an accepted version of the subject topical report, within three months of letter receipt [ Reference (b) was received by YAEC on March 1,1990]. Instructions were 3rovided to include an "-A" (designating accepted) following the report identification symbol of tie accepted version. NUREG-0390 also provides instructions to include a copy of the NRC acceptance letter and safety evaluation report [ References (b)] in the accepted version of the topical report, immediately after the report cover sheet.
