I IIADDAM NECK PLANT SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN Pursuant to 10CFR73.40(b), Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) submitted Revision 0 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for the lladdam Neck Plant in Reference (1).

CYAPCO submitted Revision 1 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan in Re-
.ference (3). Subsequently, additional information primarily regarding the ' contents of Chapter 4~, Responsibility Matrix, of the Safeguards Contingency ~Pla: was-transmitted between the NRC Staff and CYAPCO in References (4) through (8).
CYAPCO hereby submits five (5) copies of Revision 2 to the Safeguards.
Contingency Plan for the Haddam. Neck Plant for review and approval.
This revision incorporates the mutually agreed upon resolution of the concerns identified in References (4) through (8).
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21(b), the Safeguards Contingency Plan is considered I
Safeguards Information, and as such CYAPCO requests the Safeguards. Con-tingency Plan be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d).
The appropriate. amendment fee required by 10CFR170.22 for NRC Staff re-view and approval of the Sateguards Contingency Plan was submitted in Reference-(9).
. We trust that the attached Safeguards Contingency Plan adequately re-solves all NRC Staff concerns.
