Indiana Michigan Power Cook Nuclear Plant One Cook Place Bridgman, Ml 49106 Indiana Michigan Power.com AEP-NRC-2017-37 10 CFR 50.4 Pursuant to 1 O CFR 50.4, Indiana Michigan Power Company, the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2, is transmitting Revision 38 of the CNP Emergency Plan, which became effective on March 31, 2017. CNP has missed the 30 day requirement for submittal to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and has entered this condition into the CNP Corrective Action
_Program.
