NRC requested some additional informat ion by let ter dat ed January 26, 1988 (2CNA018803).
This information and revised Technical Specification change request were submitted by letter 2CAN078802, dated July 22, 1988.
Further revisions to the change request were submitted in letlors dat.ed August 23, 1989 (2CAN088904), and May 22, 1990 (2CAN059003), as a result. of further comments from the NRC.
Recently, discussions with the NRC Staf f havo revealed the need for an additional change to the submittal to address concerns over the use of the special metering circuit, linsed on discussions with the NKC NKK Project Manager, hntergy Operations believes it is appropriate to withdraw the current. ANO-2 Technical Specification change request. We will submit a new change request which will encompass the previously agreed upon changes niong with the use of the specint metering circuit.
