REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE l'O. 82-10 In accordance with Pancho Seco Nuclear Generatino Station Technical Specifications :ection 6.9.4.1.i and Regulatory Guide 1.16 section C.2.a.(9), the Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby submits a followup to Licensee Event Report number 82-10, as submitted to your office on fpril 20, 1982 and April 29, 1982.

On April 19, 1982, inspection of the Rancho Seco pnit 1 "B" Once Through Stem Generator (0lSG) auxiliary feedwater header rino revealed defonnations similar to that reported for Davis-Besse, Unit 1.

Inspection of the Rancho Seco "A" OTSG on April 20, 1982, revealed similar defonnations to the "B" 0TSG.

Corrective action for this occurrence has been determined to include stabilization of the existing internal header and the addition of a new external header ring.

The District has established the attached schedule (Attachment I) for the work on the OTSr.'s.

Please note that this is a "best case" schedule dnd the actual repairs may take loncer than planned here if unforseen difficulties are encountered.

Additional schedulino information can be provided at a later date as requested.
