System controls are adjusted to conform to the standby conditions specified in OI II-10.3.1.
CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) functioned correctly with the pump starting as required.
Check Off She'et 4.1 of OI III-10.3.1 verifies the Aux. Feedwater System Lineup after the system is secured when escalating power.
This chec~ off _,was run at 0621 on 1/8/77 when the Aux Feed Pumps were taken out of service.
No. 13 Aux Feedwater Pump was last demonstrated operable on 1/2/77 during Surveillance Action 4.7.1.2. All operations personnel have been re-instructed on the importance of proper veri-fication of Auxiliary Feedwater System Lineup.
